Initially, my weight was 93.2kg and my BMI was 31.9. Age 42 years and height 171cm. According to BMI, I was obese. I haven’t checked my BMI now but my weight has decreased to 85 kg. The loss of 8.2kg approximately. But, I haven’t loosed by mind frankly.…
